Price: Billing prices are those in effect at the time the order is placed. Prices, terms, and conditions
of sale are subject to change without notice.
Shipping: We ship
UPS. We can not ship to Post Office Boxes. Orders placed before 1:00 pm EST.will normally ship same day. (Excludes special
order items)
Taxes: Applicable North Carolina Sales and Use Tax.
Limited Warranty: We warranty all new parts and accessories
against manufacturing defects for 90 days from our customers purchase date. (Rebuilt, takeoff, and OEM parts are warranted
for 30 days) H&H Golf Carts, Inc. will not be liable for any cost of service calls, installation, alleged harm, both personal
and materially and/or any other damages resulting from the installation of our parts.
OEM Representation: Some parts described as OEM parts may have been replaced by a high quality after-market
equivalent. Please call us if you have any questions regarding OEM parts.
Claims: Shortages and damages merchandise must be reported to H&H Golf Cart,Inc within 3 days from receipt of
merchandise. All in-transit merchandise must be claimed with the freight company by our customer at the time of receipt of
goods, and notation made on bill of lading at that time.
Returns:
You must call for a return authorization (RA) number before an item can be sent back to H&H Golf Cart, Inc., items without
an RA number will be refused; the RA number is not a guarantee that your return is eligible for credit and credit will not
be granted if the materials are not found to be defective or other wise amount to an inappropriate return. Parts that are
returned at customer's convenience, including customer error will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Freight collect or
C.O.D returns will also be refused. Customer is responsible for return freight and must include RA number.
Electrical Parts and Return Policy: All purchases of electrical parts are FINAL.No returns or refunds are available of such items and all purchases are non-refundable.

Freight: We ship to Continental U.S. only at this time. Orders exceeding $1500.00 (except tops, tires and wheel covers, electric motors, seat kits and cargo boxes) will be shipped
freight prepaid within the Continental U.S. and will be shipped the least expensive way.
